Most solar screens land around $140 per window. Final pricing depends on the number of windows, size of each opening, and access. Enterprise master-planned homes often have big picture windows that price higher than standard openings; smaller bath and bedroom windows come in lower. Fabric density (80% vs 90%) and frame color don't change the price. Most homes recoup the cost in 1 to 2 summers from cooling savings.

Yes. We provide vendor-approval packets including liability insurance certificates, workers' comp documentation, product specs (Phifer and Textilene), color samples, and before-and-after photos. Most Enterprise master-planned communities have a vendor pre-approval process and we know the drill — we'll handle the paperwork side so your HOA approval goes smoothly.

Six Phifer and Textilene fabric colors (Black, Stucco, Beige, Dark Bronze, Brown, Gray) in 80% or 90% sun-blocking density — same price either way. Aluminum frames in five finishes (White, Black, Bronze, Tan, Champagne), also same price across all five. We bring physical samples to your free on-site measure so you can see how each looks against your stucco before deciding.

We have a 2-screen minimum — great for tackling the worst west-facing windows first before committing to the rest of the home. For larger whole-house orders, a deposit may be required at booking. Most Enterprise homes go for 8 to 12 screens once they see the heat reduction on the first few rooms.
