How do I join the loyalty program?
There’s nothing to sign up for. Every residential customer is automatically enrolled the moment their first job is completed.
How do I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent, 150 points for leaving a review, 150 to 600 points per referral depending on your tier, and a 50-point bonus for rebooking within 6 months (Green and up). Pink and Gold members earn bonus multipliers on every service.
How do I redeem my points?
Once you reach 150 points you can redeem for cash off a future service, from $10 off for 150 points up to $100 off for 1,500 points. Rewards apply as credits toward future cleanings.
Do my points expire?
For Blue and Green members, points expire 24 months after they’re earned. Pink and Gold members’ points never expire. Your tier status is based on lifetime points and never drops.
Can I opt out?
Yes. You can opt out anytime through the customer portal. Your point balance and tier are preserved if you decide to rejoin.

Neon Window Cleaning Loyalty Program — Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: January 2026
1. Program Overview
The Neon Window Cleaning Loyalty Program (“Program”) rewards our valued customers for their continued business. By participating in this Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Earning Points
- Base Earning: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on services
- Review Bonus: Earn 150 points when you leave a review after your service
- Referral Bonus: Earn bonus points when someone you refer becomes a customer (varies by tier: Blue 150 pts, Green 300 pts, Pink 450 pts, Gold 600 pts)
- Frequent Booking Bonus: Green, Pink, and Gold members earn 50 bonus points when booking within 6 months of their last service
- Tier Multipliers: Pink members earn 1.25x points, Gold members earn 1.5x points on all purchases
3. Membership Tiers
- Blue (0+ points): Base earning rate, 150-point referral bonus
- Green (500+ points): Frequent booking bonus, 300-point referral bonus
- Pink (2,000+ points): 1.25x points multiplier, 450-point referral bonus, no point expiration
- Gold (5,000+ points): 1.5x points multiplier, 600-point referral bonus, no point expiration
4. Point Expiration
- Blue and Green tier members: Points expire 24 months after being earned
- Pink and Gold tier members: Points never expire
- Tier status is based on lifetime points and does not expire
5. Redeeming Rewards
- Minimum 150 points required to redeem any reward
- Available rewards: $10 off (150 pts), $20 off (300 pts), $30 off (450 pts), $40 off (600 pts), $50 off (750 pts), $100 off (1,500 pts)
- Rewards are applied as credits toward future services
- Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions unless specified
- Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable
6. Data Usage
- We collect and store your name, contact information, service history, and point balance
- This data is used solely to manage your loyalty account and improve our services
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties
- You may request deletion of your loyalty account at any time
7. Program Changes
- Neon Window Cleaning reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Program at any time
- Changes will be communicated via email or through the customer portal
- Earned points will be honored for 90 days following any program termination
8. Opting Out
- You may opt out of the Loyalty Program at any time through your account settings
- Opting out preserves your point balance; you can rejoin to resume earning and redeeming
- Your tier status will be preserved if you rejoin
